Chicago Roofing Contractors Association
Annual Trade Show & Exhibit
$75.00/Person
For our January meeting, the WRCA is hitting the road again!
On January 16 and 17, the Chicago Roofing Contractors Association will be holding its annual tradeshow and seminars and we’ve arrange for a bus to take our members and their guests to the Drury Lane Conference Center in Oakbrook Terrace on Thursday, where you can expect to see more than 150 exhibitors! Why bother with the hassle of driving, tolls, and parking when you can enjoy the company of your peers from the roofing industry?
We’ll pick up at the Germantown Park & Ride (10:45 a.m.) off U.S. 41/Highway 45.
We’ll pick up at the North/West College Avenue Park & Ride in Milwaukee (11:30 a.m.) off I-94/College Avenue
Lunch and beverages will be served on the bus and you’ll be dropped off at the Conference Center around 1:00 p.m., giving you about three hours to walk the show. We’ll board the bus again and make our way back to Wisconsin, stopping for dinner at the Brat Stop and returning you to the Park & Rides around 7:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.
Please note that you must register separately for the CRCA Trade Show. To register, click HERE. The show is free to attend. Registration through WRCA covers the cost of the bus, lunch, dinner, and refreshments on the bus. (A donation for the driver gratuity is encouraged.)
We encourage you to come to this informative meeting! Non-Member guests are welcome.
In light of the ever changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and after careful consideration, WRCA has reluctantly decided to cancel the Tuesday, March 17th meeting. Our highest priority is the health, safety and well-being of our members and the communities they serve. We feel that it is imperative that we remain focused on what we all strive for; and putting those members and communities we serve at risk does not follow the spirit of what our organization stands for.
For those that paid for this event, Jane from the office will reach out regarding a refund. WRCA thanks you for your understanding.

WRCA invites you to join us for our September Membership Meeting! We’re not meeting face-to-face just yet, but we are meeting! And thanks to the power of virtual meetings, we’re able to welcome back one of our most popular speakers, Reid Ribble.
Reid is the current CEO of the National Roofing Contractors Association. Before that, he served six years in the U.S. House of Representatives. For more than 30 years, Ribble was the president of a roofing company in Kaukauna, and served as NRCA’s president from 2005-06.
Reid will provide us with an update from NRCA, talk about the current and projected markets for roofing contractors, discuss continuing challenges regarding skilled labor and discuss the effects of the November elections on our industry.
We’ll also have a few minutes to check in with all of you and to provide an update regarding our plans for our November meeting, our Christmas Party, and our Annual Meeting. And, if you can stick around, join us for a Virtual Happy Hour with your fellow WRCA members and industry guests.
There is no charge to attend. To register, click HERE. The details for joining the meeting via Zoom will be emailed to you prior to the meeting, so please register by the close of business on Thursday, September 24. We encourage you to come to this informative meeting! Non-Member guests are welcome. Just share the link above….
Members and Friends of the WRCA,
Over the past few weeks, we have been carefully monitoring the situation with regard to COVID-19, waiting as long as we possibly could to make a decision based not on what might be happening, but on what actually is happening at the time of our events.
Unfortunately, the trends have gone in the wrong direction over the past few weeks and so we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Christmas Party.
If you’ve registered already, you will receive a refund. If you have a hotel reservation, you will need to cancel it (call 833-473-8529). But we’re not giving up on this hotel or location. We think you’re going to love the Hotel Retlaw, so we already rebooked our event for Saturday, December 4, 2021, so mark your calendar.
We talked about delaying the event, but we decided instead to plan something as soon as there was more certainty that it could be held. We’re already looking at options for a bonus event for 2021 – a welcome back party, if you will – that we’ll hold just as soon as we can.
Friends, it’s been a strange year and we miss seeing all of you.
WRCA Annual Meeting
Tuesday, December 15, 2020
12:00 p.m. – Annual Meeting
Held via Zoom
Over the past few weeks, we have been carefully monitoring the situation with regard to COVID-19, waiting as long as we possibly could to make a decision based not on what might be happening, but on what actually is happening at the time of our events.
Unfortunately, the trends have gone in the wrong direction over the past few weeks and so we have made the difficult decision to move our Annual Meeting to a virtual event.
We still have elections and scholarships to award, and we also want to preview our plans for 2021, including that bonus event, our roundtable session with manufacturers, our golf outing, the MRCA Convention, the Christmas Party and the Annual Meeting.
